All Weekend Coverage

Picking one of the below packages is for the entire weekend. It doesn’t matter if you are showing two days or three, I’ll be ringside.

Every package includes:

  • a private online gallery with all of the best images from the weekend
  • access to professional quality products and prints
  • ability to purchase more images after the show
  • gallery delivery within 48 hours after the show’s conclusion

Just the Basics, Please

Choose 5 digital images from your final gallery to be delivered as fully edited digital downloads. Your gallery will include photos from only your tests.

$150 per horse

I Deserve a Little Extra

Choose 15 digital images from your final gallery to be delivered as fully edited digital downloads. Your gallery will include all weekend coverage from your warm up, tests & candids

$250 per horse

Make Every Moment Count

Everything from “I Deserve a Little Extra” plus 1-2 minutes of video content for you to create as many reels as you wish and 1 fully edited reel ready for you to share on social media.

$325 per horse

A-la-carte Coverage

Test Coverage Only

  • competition coverage only (does not include candids or warm ups) for a single test.
  • one digital download
  • gallery of proofs delivered within 72 hours of the show’s conclusion
  • access to store of products, prints and digital download packages.

$45 per test

Video Coverage Only

  • 1-2 minutes of video content for you to create as many reels as you wish
  • 1 fully edited reel ready to share of social media
  • this is not video of the entire test, if you want full video, please sign up with Richard Taylor (info on the show’s prizelist)
  • delivery within 84 hours after the show’s conclusion

$125 per test

Frequently Asked Questions

ARE ALL MY RIDES COVERED?

Hopefully. I know that’s not ideal to hear, but it is unlikely that I will have a second shooter with me. I will be prioritizing championship rides & video clients. However, if there is a conflict when ride times are released, I will contact both parties to find the best solution.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

When you fill out the form below, you will pick your preferred method of contact. Direct links to your gallery will be delivered via that method. Actual digital downloads will be delivered via zip files through email.

CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH MY WARM UP?

If you sign up for “I Deserve a Little Extra” or “Make Every Moment Count” this is included in your package. I ask that you let me know when you are headed to warm up.

HOW DO I PAY?

After signing up for coverage, you’ll be emailed an invoice. Payment in full must be received by the start of the Show (Oct 2nd) to guarantee coverage.

HOW MANY IMAGES ARE DELIVERED?

I guarantee a minimum of 25 images per test for a la carte coverage. Anyone signing up for all weekend coverage can expect over 100 photos.

WHAT IF MY RIDE TIMES CHANGE?

I will check ride times every morning and evening for changes, but if your ride time changes during the competition day or if your ring is running early or delayed, please text me if you can.

CAN IMAGES BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES

All delivered images are for personal use only. Commercial licenses are available for purchase on a case by case basis.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued if I am notified prior to your show day for a – la – carte coverage. All funds are retained for no shows.
