You are not considered signed up until the form has been completed and payment has been received.

The basic sign-up fee includes:

a personal proof gallery of at least 40 images
guaranteed coverage of your ride(s)
priority uploading and editing
One digital image for personal use or a credit of $35 towards your purchase.
1 entry for a chance to win an album block with 10 5×7″ prints from the show.

If you pre-pay for a package ($60 and above in prepayment) you also have the option to purchase additional images at the discounted sign-up rates, otherwise additional images will be available for purchase at full price.

Prepaying does not lock you into a specific package, the amount paid can be used as a credit toward any purchase.

Sign-ups for Saturday rides are accepted until May 10th 8:00pm EST.

Sign-ups for Sunday rides are accepted until May 11th 8:00 pm EST

Giveaway Rules

By signing up for photos, your name will be automatically entered to win an album block with ten 5″x7″ prints of your choice from the show. The bigger the package your sign up for, the more chances to win. Album block cannot be exchanged for a dollar amount. Sign up form must be completed and payment received by the above deadlines for your entry to count.
